Arduino Powered Player Piano (Prototype v1)
Final thesis project developing a modular top-mounted player piano. Piano keys are actuated by solenoid plungers which are controlled by MIDI messages sent via arduino in real time.

Kontakt Drum Kit & Rhodes Libraries
Coursework where, I helped record a 13 piece drum kit and created my own mix of timbre’s to my liking to be turned into a Kontakt library.
Additionally recorded my own Fender Rhodes Mark I Electric Piano and turned it into an original Kontakt instrument.
Live Concept
For my 2021 performance course final I developed a live performance concept of my untitled mixtape. Using digital manipulation of acoustic instruments, vocal processing, and midi controllers I was able to perform and manipulate layers of my piece. Additionally, I worked on a visual concept by syncing midi to trigger stage lighting and resolume visuals as well as creating a convoluted analog visual effect setup using Processing’s XYscope library with an Xbox Kinect to generate a live oscilloscope visualization of my body, which then is processed through a circuit bent home video closed captioning device that I can control live in my stage setup.
DVS Obsession
In Mid 2021 I got obsessed with the idea of controlling digital audio samples with real vinyl records. I first bought a set of 12” MsPinky records and was overjoyed with the feeling of manipulating digital sound with real vinyl control. Although, not having a full sized record player made it a bit cumbersome to use. Not being able to find MsPinky software compatible 7” control vinyl, I soon I moved onto an idea to cut an M-Audio Torq vinyl down from 12” to 7” to fit my portable player better.
MLr on Ableton Push
In summer of 2020 I found out about the mlr application for Monome Grid & Norns. Discouraged by the price of the pair, I did some digging until I found the re:mix max4live application by nick ozerov. Already owning an Ableton Push, I created a remapped setup of re:mix for Push with LED responsive.
Finger Drumming mashup
Final project for a finger drumming course. Using samples from some of my favorite songs from 2021, I created an original live arrangement for live performance on Ableton Push
